All Wood
Wood is the tried and true building material that everyone is familiar with.
- Treated framing, decking & railings. Package comes with sealing after project completion with either stain or paint.
- Easier on the bank account but won’t last forever and expect to reseal your wood deck every couple of years.
- All of our wood decks come with a one year workmanship warranty. Any issues that pop up within the first year of your new deck and we will take care of it.

Hybrid
Hybrid decks are a mixture of products designed to lengthen the lifespan of your outdoor space.
- Treated wood framing, composite decking, alternative railings.
- Bigger upfront cost, but little to no maintenance. No painting or staining, just clean the decking every once and awhile and your deck will be good as new.
- Our Hybrid designs come with a three year workmanship warranty. Any issues that pop up within the first three years of your new deck and we will take care it.
